Sankei Eye Co., Ltd. (3F, Shibaura Square Building, 4-9-25 Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO Shoji Umemoto; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) upholds the corporate philosophy of “Creating Prosperity” and strives to act as a trusted intermediary between clients and consumers to achieve effective advertising communication. This is our important mission.
Since our founding, we have steadily grown by supporting clients’ sales promotion activities, centered on newspaper insert advertisements. We stand from the perspective of companies while understanding consumer needs, and propose effective and efficient area marketing that leads to “sales.” By doing so, we believe our greatest mission is to realize “customer satisfaction” for our clients.
As a member of the Fuji Sankei Group, we also strive to provide integrated promotional proposals and various event planning by combining diverse media.

In our business development, we consider the management of personal information as one of the most important issues, recognizing the necessity and importance of its protection, and handling it properly. Therefore, we have established the following Personal Information Protection Policy, requiring all personnel engaged in our business to understand and comply with it, and ensuring thorough management of personal information and privacy.


  • 1. The Company will clarify the purpose of use in advance and obtain consent before acquiring, using, or providing personal information. We will use lawful and fair means, and only acquire the information necessary to achieve the stated purpose.
  • 2. Personal information obtained by the Company will be properly managed, and its use and provision will be limited to the scope agreed upon by the individual. We will not use personal information beyond the stated purpose and will take measures to prevent such misuse. Disclosure or provision to third parties will not occur without consent.
  • 3. The Company will implement security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information, take preventive measures against loss, leakage, or damage, and promptly take corrective actions in case of an incident.
  • 4. The Company will comply with laws, national guidelines, and other norms regarding personal information, formulate a Personal Information Management System (PMS) based on this policy, implement, maintain, and continuously improve it.
  • 5. The Company will establish a “Personal Information Inquiry Desk” to handle complaints and consultations regarding personal information and strive to respond appropriately and promptly.
