This service is a birthday crowdfunding service that allows users to unite their feelings and make big contributions. We aim to be a platform where everyone can participate with peace of mind, and we will help you deliver your special message.

Terms of Use

Project Representative

By using this service, the funds raised through crowdfunding are used directly to pay for advertising costs, so the project representative does not need to pay in advance. (If the project is successful, a portion of the funds will be charged as a fee.)

Dear Supporters,

Donations collected from backers are always published on the project page, so you can support with peace of mind. After the project is implemented, the project representative and StellaAD office will publish income and expenditure reports on the project page, ensuring transparency for backers' peace of mind.

My first crowdfunding

Even if you are using Stellar Dream Funding for the first time as a project representative or supporter, we have a comprehensive support system to make it easier and more reassuring for you.

There is no fee to post a project, so anyone can launch a project by simply filling out the required information on the application form and submitting an application.

We also provide full support for creating project pages. Please contact the StellaAD office.

How to proceed with support advertising using Stellar Dream Funding

  1. " Register as a member of "StellaAD" (3 to 5 months before posting)
    You can apply from the page of your desired ad space. If you use "Stellar Dream Funding", select the appropriate section to move to the application page, where you can enter the required information. The project representative can optionally enter the name of an individual or organization to be listed on the project page.
  2. Check with the agency (3-4 months before posting)
    If you want to use an image of your favorite idol, you will generally need permission from their agency. Applying for permission from the agency takes time, so we recommend applying early.
  3. Create a project page (3 months before advertising)
    Please create your own images and text. *Depending on the media you are posting your ad in, it may take some time for a preliminary review.
  4. Seeking supporters (3 months before advertisement posting)
    The supporter recruitment period is about one month, The project page will be published on Stellar Dream Funding.
  5. Arranging advertising space, creating advertising data (2.5 months before advertising)
    We can also check the availability of your desired advertising space, reserve it, and create advertising data on your behalf.
  6. Advertisement data review (one month before advertisement posting)
    If the criteria are not met, the ad will not be posted. Social media announcements are also subject to review.
  7. Advertisement posting <br>Confirm the submission date in advance, and print and delivery work will be handled by The StellaAD Secretariat will act on your behalf.
  8. Distribution of reward items and income/expense report <br>Reward items will be distributed and income/expense report will be made after the advertisement is posted. StellaAD will act as your agent.

" StellaAD" fee

There is no charge for posting on your project page. A fee (10% to 20%, including payment fees) will be charged depending on the total amount of support. Unless you use an agency service, there will be no costs until the project is completed.

Project Types

  • Goal achievement type (All or Nothing)
    The campaign will only be carried out if the target amount is reached. If the target amount is not reached, a refund will be given.
  • All In
    The event will be held even if the fundraising amount is not reached. The representative will be responsible for covering the shortfall.

Please note

  • In principle, support funds can only be used for advertising expenses, etc.
  • Cancellation is not possible unless there is a defect in the service.
  • If the donation exceeds 50,000 yen, additional advertising space will be offered.
  • Any issues regarding the project must be resolved by the project representative/supporter. StellaAD Office will not be held responsible.
