About support ads
If you would like us to obtain permission from your agency to run a support ad on "StellaAD," please contact us at least three months before the planned date of posting the ad.
If the fan group has already obtained and confirmed permission from the agency they represent, we can still support them in posting advertisements even if they contact us up to two months before the posting date .
Ad space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and most popular locations are filled first, so we cannot inform you of availability before you apply.
After you apply and make payment via the website, we will check the latest availability and reserve a space in a popular or busy location suitable for your support advertisement.
According to media company regulations, if your favorite idol is not affiliated with an agency, you cannot post a support advertisement.
The following types of ads are not permitted:
- Individuals who are not affiliated with an agency (e.g., freelancers and individuals)
*Individual VTubers are not eligible for posting, even if permission has been obtained from the individual. - Those who have appeared on an audition program and are not currently affiliated with any agency
- Those who work in host clubs, concept cafes, etc.
- Those related to adult content (including manga, videos, games, etc.)
- "Opinion advertising" based on principles such as the claims of political, religious, or various organizations
- Any content that violates public order and morals, or that contains defamation or libel. *Even if the content is not listed above, StellaAD may refuse to post any content that it deems inappropriate.
Please note that even if you belong to an agency, you may not be able to advertise due to the individual standards of the media company.
Transportation advertisements cannot be posted under an individual's name; applications must be made under the name of an organization.
When applying for media, please first create an account.
After confirming your application and account information, StellaAD will process your group application. Once approval is granted, you will be able to post ads.
Please note that the "Organization Name" and "Organization Contact Information" must be included in the ad. Please see here for important points to note when creating an account.
Please also note that rules may differ depending on the media company.
In accordance with the StellaAD Online Terms of Use , StellaAD does not allow those under the age of 18, or those aged 18 who are currently attending high school, to run endorsement ads.
◆ Rules regarding minors
At StellaAD,
- The "organization representative" is not under 18 years of age or is not currently enrolled in high school.
- There are no "group members" or "investors" under the age of 18 or 18-year-olds currently attending high school.
We ask for your cooperation.
If a minor is acting as the representative or participating as a group member, they cannot post support advertisements. In addition, even if there is consent from a parent or guardian or an application is made on their behalf, we will not be able to accept the application due to our terms and conditions.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
◆ Notes on using credit cards
In recent years, there have been cases of minors using credit cards in the names of their family members or guardians, but this type of use violates the card company's terms and conditions and may cause problems.
Please be sure to use a credit card in the name of the group representative.
If you are considering placing a supportive advertisement, please do so within reason and in a manner that is respectful.
This varies depending on the location, but is generally valid for 7 days.
- Station posters: Generally, they are displayed for 7 days.
- Station signage: Usually for 7 days, but in some locations it may be displayed for up to one month.
- Outdoor Vision: Generally broadcast for 7 days, but there are some slots that are only broadcast for one day.
Obtaining permission for support advertising
Regarding transportation advertising, if permission is not obtained from the agency, the advertisement cannot be displayed. StellaAD will obtain permission on your behalf.

If your favorite idol does not belong to an agency, you cannot place an advertisement on the public transport. This is because media companies' regulations do not allow advertisements supporting individuals who are not affiliated with an agency.
Targets for which support advertisements cannot be posted
Even if your ad has been used in the past, new ads may become unavailable due to changes in the media company's rules. Whether or not your ad can be used may change depending on the situation, so please check the latest rules before making your decision.
Obtaining permission from agencies and rights holders
Any advertising in support of your favorite idol requires permission from their agency or rights holder.
If you want to advertise your favorite idol's birthday, you must first get permission from their agency or rights holder. You can also get permission through StellaAD.
(However, we do not obtain permission from overseas agencies, so please check with your fan group for permission. In that case, please prepare something that proves that permission has been obtained.)
The process of obtaining permission
Select the ad you want and apply on the website up to three months before the ad is to be posted.

StellaAD will confirm the following two points with the agency and rights holder.
1. Will fans be allowed to post support advertisements?
② Can I borrow materials to use in advertising (official images of the artist, etc.)?

Notification of results
If permission is granted, we will proceed with posting the advertisement. If permission is not granted, we will contact you in advance and cancel your application.
Unauthorized use of materials is prohibited!
Even if you receive permission to post (1), there may be cases where you are not able to provide "(2) Materials to be used for advertising."
In that case, please create your design using original illustrations drawn by fans. Please be careful not to use materials without permission.
Crowdfunding also requires permission!
If you are using crowdfunding to raise funds for advertising support, you will also need permission from the office. If you are using "Stellar Dream Funding", please be sure to let us know when you apply.
The time it takes to obtain permission
It will take up to one month
*Please note that response times vary depending on the agency or copyright holder, so please apply with ample time in mind.
To avoid trouble
Regarding the posting of support ads, StellaAD and the rights holder cannot be held responsible for any trouble that may arise between your organization and a third party. Please follow the rules and have fun supporting your organization.
We do not obtain permission from overseas agencies . Please check with your fan group directly.
Once you have obtained your permit, please provide the supporting documents.
If you get permission from your agency to advertise on your own
If you have already obtained permission to run a support ad, please be sure to check the following:
Proof of Permission for Support Advertising
You will need to submit proof of "permission to post support advertisements" issued by your agency or rights holder.
(e.g. portrait rights release, email correspondence regarding permission, screenshots, etc.)
Documents to be submitted (2 documents )
- Request sent from fan group to agency
- Response from the agency regarding permission to post advertisements
If these two points are not met, your ad will not be posted.
*Please prepare a certificate of permission that clearly states the name of the organization or representative.
*We may contact the office to confirm.
What should I pay attention to when getting permission from my agency myself?

Materials used in advertising
Please be sure to obtain permission from your agency before using any images, videos, audio, or other materials.
The use of unauthorized materials is prohibited and may result in the design being rejected by railway companies and advertising media companies.
Please note that the applicant (fan group/representative) is responsible for the materials used.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur.
To ensure a smooth process, we recommend that you start preparing early.
Please follow the rules to ensure safe and secure advertising for your favorite idol.
In order to post a support advertisement, you must obtain permission from the agency. Please check the following two points.
Two points to check
① Permission to post support advertisements
Make sure to get permission from the agency to post an ad in support of your favorite idol! You cannot post an ad without the agency's permission, so be sure to check early.
② Permission to use materials for advertising
Be sure to obtain permission to use official artist images, photos, and audio recordings! Using unauthorized materials constitutes copyright infringement and may result in your ad being rejected. Be careful, as your design may be rejected during the advertising media's design review.
Points to note
Unauthorized use of images, video, and audio is prohibited.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise due to unauthorized use. Permission from the office is also required when raising funds through crowdfunding.
If you do not obtain permission in advance, you may not be able to use the funds you raise to advertise, so be sure to obtain permission before proceeding with your plans.
Required documents
Please prepare "documents proving permission for the endorsement ad" from your agency or rights holder. Prepare documents that prove permission, such as email correspondence or screenshots. You will need to submit these documents when applying for an ad, so it will be easier if you prepare them in advance.
Don't forget to get permission from your agency or rights holder!
Please proceed with your support advertising application only after you have confirmed permission from the agency or rights holder.
About creating an account
Before creating an account, please be sure to read the " StellaAD Online Terms of Use ." Please confirm the following points before registering your account.
■ Registration as a fan group is required
Due to media company regulations, transit advertisements cannot be placed under an individual's name. Please be sure to register as a "fan group."
■ About organization names and organization email addresses
The "organization name" and "organization-specific email address" you register will also be displayed in the ad design.
The organization name will also be used in advertising design and framing.
If your organization name or contact information changes after the second time you post an ad, you will need to register a new account.
Please note that once a slot has been reserved, the organization name and contact information cannot be changed, so please be careful when registering.
■ Examples of unacceptable organization names
- The organizer's nickname or any name that can identify an individual
- Names that include a specific year or time, such as "2025"
- A name containing colorful emojis of smartphone addiction
Regarding group email addresses
- Personal email addresses cannot be used. Please be sure to prepare an email address exclusively for your organization.
※Important Notice※
- Once your organization's application has been approved, you will not be able to change the organization name or email address. You can check your registration information on My Page.
- If you plan to continue running support advertisements in the future, we recommend avoiding names that are time-specific, such as "XX Birthday," "2023," or "XX Anniversary," and instead choosing an organization name that can be used for a long time.
- If you wish to change the name of your organization, you will need to register and apply again.
■ About website and SNS URLs
Points to note about X accounts
- Locked or unused accounts are not permitted.
- Please set your account to public and include information that you are posting as an organization or organizer.
*If you create a new account for support advertising
- Some media companies may not approve your submission.
- Please be sure to enter your profile information and post a few posts before using the service.
■ Number of people in the group
- A group must have at least two members, including the representative.
- Advertisements cannot be posted if the members include anyone under the age of 18 or anyone aged 18 who is currently attending high school.
■ Past activities
It is necessary to describe the past activities of the organization or representative.
Some media companies may place emphasis on past activities during the review process, so please be as specific as possible.
Examples of activities
- Implemented support ads and social media ads in month of year.
- Running a fan account for a long period of time
- I sent flowers to celebrate the "●●" event.
- I create fan art and post it on social media.
Some media companies place importance on "past activity records." Therefore, please provide as much detail as possible about your organization's or individual organizer's activity history.
<Example>
・Have placed support ads or social media ads. ・Continually operate a fan account. ・Sent flowers at an event. ・Created fan art and posted it on social media.
If your organization has no track record of activities, please state "no track record" when applying.
*Please note that if you wish to be featured on Tokyo Metro but have no track record of activity, your ad will be posted under the name "StellaAD."
For group reviews, we need to check the status of your social media accounts, so applications cannot be made with your accounts set to private.
If you want to avoid spoilers, some organizations use block functions or post text as images to make the content less visible.
You cannot check your registered email address yourself.

- I forgot the email address I used to register
- I can't remember which email address I used to register
- I want to change the registered email address
If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset it.

If you are using a smartphone, tap "MENU" in the upper left corner of the screen and proceed to "Login."
■ STEP 2
Select "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
■ STEP 3
We will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Please enter your registered email address and tap "Send."
■ STEP 4
Once the submission is complete, you will receive a "Password Reset Instructions" email to the email address you entered. Tap "Reset Password" in the email.
■ STEP 5
Enter your new password on the screen that appears.
■ STEP 6
Once you have set your password, you can log in to "My Page".
Application
■ STEP 1 Search and select the advertisement you want
Please search for the ad you are looking for from the top page, search bar, or navigation menu at the top of the screen.
If you are comparing and considering advertisements, it is convenient to use the "narrowing function."
■ STEP 2 Enter the required information on the product details page and add it to your cart
On the desired advertising page, select and enter the options and required information, then click "Add to Cart."
*Depending on the advertisement, a "Contact us" button may be displayed.
Please fill in all required fields, carefully read the notes , and then check "Agree."
If you have any questions or concerns, please write them in the "Remarks" section.
★Please be careful
- Please be sure to select the date you would like the poster to be displayed, such as your birthday or the day of a live performance.
- The posting period will be determined based on the start date (day of the week) listed on the ad page. If it says "Anytime," please enter your desired start date in the comments section.
- Changes or cancellations cannot be made after application has been submitted.
■ STEP 3 Check the contents in your cart and proceed to checkout
Check the total amount in your cart and tap "Proceed to checkout."
*You can apply for multiple advertisements at once.
■ STEP 4 Log in or create an account
When the login screen appears, if you have not yet registered, please register as a member by clicking the "Create an account" button.
If you already have an account, please log in using your registered email address and password.
*After logging in, proceed to the screen in step 6.
■ STEP 5 Activate your account
After registering as a member, please access your cart again from the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen and proceed to "Checkout".
■ STEP 6 Tap "Proceed to select shipping method"
*There is no shipping fee, so there is no charge.
■ STEP 7 Tap "Proceed to payment"
■ STEP 8 Select your payment method and enter the required information
Please select your preferred payment method, such as credit card or bank transfer, and enter the required information.
*The button name displayed will vary depending on the payment method.
■ STEP 9 Application completed!
■ STEP 10 Please wait for a confirmation email from the person in charge
After confirming your application, a StellaAD representative will contact you by email.
*It may take 1 to 3 business days to confirm and contact you.
☆Important Information
- If permission for the support advertisement is not obtained from the agency or rights holder within one week of application, the application will be temporarily canceled.
- Once permission has been granted, StellaAD will send you another email with payment instructions, so please complete the payment procedure after that.
11. Design review will be conducted approximately one month before the advertisement is posted.
12. After passing the design review, please submit your advertising data at least two weeks before posting.
Delivery or submission data is required.
*The content posted on social media must also be confirmed in advance by the media company.
13. Your ad will be displayed during the period you specify.
Please specify the date you would like the poster to be displayed, such as the birthday, anniversary, or day of a live concert of the person you are supporting, as a "date you absolutely must display" or "date you absolutely cannot miss."
*Please note that this is not the "desired start date for posting."
The "start date" of the advertisement is stated on each product page. Please be sure to check the details before applying.
We will allocate ad slots within a one-week window including the desired posting date, based on the start day of the week for your ad.
Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations after your application has been completed, so please check in advance.
For advertisements with a "Start date" of "Anytime" or "Optional," please enter your desired start date in the comments section.
For station posters, the start date is generally Monday, but if the Monday slots are already filled, we may reserve a slot on another day within the week that includes your desired posting date.
Ad slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Because there is a possibility that the slots may be filled during consultation, if the desired posting date includes an unavoidable date, we may proceed with reserving the slots without waiting for your confirmation. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
If you have any special requests, please write them in detail in the comments section.
Applications for advertising can be made from the 1st of the month, four months prior to the desired posting date.
Please note that we do not accept reservations earlier than five months in advance.
(Example: If your anniversary falls on November 4th, applications begin on July 1st.)
However, depending on the medium, applications may not be accepted on the first day of each month.
In that case, please be aware that it may take some time to secure a space.

When you purchase in the cart, your application will be provisional.
After confirming your registration details, permission from your agency, and availability of advertising space, the media will be officially secured once payment is complete.
Once the media has been secured, a StellaAD representative will contact you.
For most advertisements, applications begin to be accepted approximately three to four months before the advertisement is to be posted.
Please add two items to your cart and place separate orders.
■ If you wish to print on two labels
- Some stations have special products for double stickers. Please use these products at applicable stations.
- If there is no dedicated product and you would like to have two stickers, please select the printing option for each order.
Since B0 posters require pasting, we recommend that you have StellaAD print them.
■ If you wish to post for two consecutive weeks
- The print option is fine for just one page.
- However, depending on availability, it may be difficult to post in the same location for two consecutive weeks.
In that case, we may need to post the poster at a different location or repost it within the same station, and we may charge you an additional printing fee.
Please be aware of this in advance.
Payment and Cancellation
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once your advertising application has been submitted.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to change the posting location.
StellaAD Online currently accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
Payment is by advance payment.
Please note that we will proceed with the procedure to secure advertising space after confirming your payment.
▼ What to do after placing an order
After completing your order, you will automatically receive an email from [stella_ad@sankei-eye.co.jp] with payment instructions.
Please check the contents of the email and make payment within the stated deadline.
*If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and inbox settings, and contact us if necessary.
▼ Payment deadlines and notes
- Payment is due within two weeks from the date of order.
- However, depending on the availability of ad space, it is possible that the space may be filled up early, so we recommend that you make payment within 7 days if possible.
- Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
- Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the deadline, your order will be automatically canceled.
▼ Information about bank transfer accounts
- If you do not receive the "Bank Transfer Information" email, please contact our office.
- The bank account number for transfers will be different for each order. Please be sure to check the account information listed for each order before making a transfer.
- When making a transfer, please enter your name as the transferor.
▼ If you request our office to obtain permission from the relevant agency or rights holder
If you have selected bank transfer, an automatic payment instruction email will be sent to you immediately after placing your order, but you do not need to respond immediately.
Once we receive permission from the agency and rights holder, we will send you another email with instructions on the official purchase procedure.
The date on which the refund will be reflected may vary depending on the terms of your contract with your credit card company.

Also, depending on the card company, it may take some time for the refund data sent from our company to be reflected.
If you receive a message that your data cannot be confirmed when you contact us, please wait a while and then check with your card company again.

[About security]
To prevent fraudulent use, you will be required to enter a security code when making a payment.
In addition, the withdrawal details will show "Sankei Eye Co., Ltd."
[About authorization (provisional approval) processing]
When you apply, an authorization process will be carried out to verify the validity of your card.
Please note that if you are unable to obtain this approval, your use and application will be invalid.
Depending on the card company, you may receive notifications such as "Usage Alert Emails" at this time.
[About the withdrawal date]
The actual withdrawal date will vary depending on your card company's closing date and contract details.
For details, please contact the respective card company directly.
[Card holder name and use by minors]
- Using a credit card in someone other than the cardholder (e.g., in the name of a parent or guardian) may violate the card company's terms and conditions. Please be sure to use a card in your own name.
- Those under the age of 18, or those aged 18 but currently attending high school, are not permitted to post support advertisements or make investments, even with parental consent.

Payment is expected to be made within one week of application.
■ In the case of credit card
After applying, the ad space will be secured within one week and payment will be confirmed at the same time.
■ Bank transfer
After you apply, you will receive a separate email with payment instructions.
The payment deadline is generally two weeks, but we recommend making the payment within seven days as there is a possibility that the ad space may be filled.
Costs
You can check the rates for support advertising on "StellaAD Online".
Please use the filter function to narrow down your search by price.
Depending on the advertising medium, additional fees may be incurred for design production, video production, poster printing, etc.
For details on costs, please check StellaAD online.
Search for the station name you want and check the advertising products that are available.
Please note that printing costs for posters will be charged separately.
Regarding printing, organizations can also prepare and deliver their own materials.

- The paper and specifications cannot be changed.
- Please be sure to use the "Submission template" to create your submission data.
- If you hire a designer or other professional, be sure to share the following points with them.
※Important points when creating submission data※
[At the time of submission]
- Please submit complete data. We will print the uploaded data as is, so if there are any errors in the data, we will not be able to reprint it or do anything else.
- We do not provide color proofing. Colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, and we cannot reprint the product even if it is different from the image.
- Please note that we cannot reproduce fluorescent colors or metallic colors such as gold and silver.

① When soliciting funding for support advertising, it is prohibited by media company regulations to specify the specific name of the advertising media or the location of the advertisement on social media, crowdfunding, etc.

Additionally, in consideration of traffic congestion, we ask that you refrain from announcing details of the advertisement location or the name of the advertisement until noon (12:00) on the day of posting.
② In accordance with the StellaAD Online Terms of Use , StellaAD does not allow people under the age of 18, or 18-year-olds currently attending high school, to run endorsement ads.

Please note that fan groups are responsible for any investments they make.
Please note that we do not carry out any final checks of the wording to be published.
If you are raising funds for a support advertisement through crowdfunding, you may need permission from your agency. Please check in advance and follow the terms and rules of each crowdfunding site.
Also, when soliciting donations for support advertising, please observe proper etiquette and try to act within reasonable limits.
*We do not check the content of crowdfunding pages.
The final confirmation and responsibility rests with the organizing organization.
In accordance with the StellaAD Online Terms of Use , StellaAD does not allow minors (under 18 years of age) or 18-year-olds currently attending high school to run endorsement ads.
We also ask that not only "organization representatives," but also "organization members" and "investors" not include minors (under 18 years of age) or 18-year-olds currently attending high school.
Therefore, if a minor is serving as a representative or is involved as a member of a team, support advertisements cannot be posted.
