Flow of advertising

Precautions

・The following is an example of the process leading up to advertisement posting and may differ from the actual process.

・Advertising fees must be paid in advance. Payment after posting is not possible. Ad space will be reserved as soon as payment is confirmed. Please note that once your application is submitted, you will not be able to change or cancel the ad placement. However, as ad space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, it may be that the space you want is not available. In that case, we will suggest an alternative location for you to post your ad.

・Please note that if there are any changes or cancellations after your application, we will not be able to refund the fee, regardless of whether the advertisement is displayed or not.

To post a support advertisement, permission from the agency or rights holder is required.

StellaAd can also obtain permission to post advertisements and use images.

If you need to request permission for the “support ad” from the agency, please apply to Stella AD at least 3 months before the posting date.

Already Approved

If you have already obtained permission for the “support ad” and for image use from the agency, please apply at least 2 months before the posting date.

Applications for ad slots can be accepted from 4 months prior to the posting date.

1. Application / Order

After creating an account, please order your desired advertisement.

2. Confirm posting permission with the agency

For Japan-based agencies, Stella AD can obtain permission to post the ad and to use images on your behalf.

3. Check availability

Your application proceeds after approval by each media company. Some ads may not be allowed. Reservations are not accepted.

4. Payment

Please complete the payment for the advertisement.

5. Reserve the ad slot

After confirming your payment, we will secure the ad slot. Sales are on a first-confirmed basis. Cancellations after application are not accepted. *Slot reservation is only possible if agency permission has been granted.

6. Create the design

Please create your advertisement design.

7. Design review

Stella AD coordinates the design check between the media (e.g., railways) and the agency. Please note criteria may vary by media company.

8. Deliver materials & submit SNS post content

Please deliver the ad materials at least two weeks before posting. SNS post content also requires prior review by the media company.

9. Posting complete! SNS announcement OK!

From 12:00 noon on the day of posting, you may announce the ad on SNS.
