Service Fees

The required amount for project completion is posted on the "StellaAD Crowdfunding" page.

Payment Methods

Bank transfer, Credit card

Payment Timing

Service fees must be paid in advance. For credit card payments, the withdrawal will occur on the date specified by each credit card company. For bank transfers, payment must be made to our designated bank account within 7 days after our notice.

Service Provision Timing

After your application, the timing will be decided upon mutual agreement and stated in the email sent by our company under Article 13 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Other Costs

Internet connection and communication charges for email exchanges, as well as costs for creating or modifying advertisement design data, are borne by your organization.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations after contract conclusion are not accepted. Due to the nature of the service, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available.

Available advertisements vary depending on timing, media, and other conditions. In some cases, we may not be able to accommodate requests.
