Frequently asked questions from supporters
Those under the age of 18 and those who are 18 but still enrolled in high school are not permitted to participate.
Please note that even if you have parental consent or if a parent or guardian applies on your behalf, you will not be able to participate.
Please note that using a card in the name of someone other than the cardholder (e.g., a card in the name of a parent or guardian) may violate the card company's terms of use. Please refrain from using a card in the name of anyone other than the cardholder.
Please contact the project representative via their contact email address, which can be found in the seller profile section of each project page.
Currently, the only payment method available is credit card (including debit card/prepaid card).

*Depending on the project, cards from the above brands may not be accepted.
We recommend paying by credit card, but if you use a debit card or prepaid card, please note the following:
・This service may not be available depending on the card issuer.
・Even if the project has not yet been established, a one-time withdrawal will occur.
・If the project does not reach its goal, we will refund you at a later date.
・Due to the nature of the card, double charges may occur temporarily for goal-achievement projects. In this case, the card company will refund the amount at a later date.
Due to the system specifications, it is mandatory to enter your address.
However, please rest assured that for services that do not involve the actual shipping of goods, such as providing digital data or listing only your name in an advertisement, the address you enter will not be provided to the project representative.
Unfortunately, we do not accept donations from people living overseas.
Therefore, it is not possible to enter an overseas address when registering as a member.
"Favorites" is a feature that allows you to save projects that interest you or that you want to check again later.
By adding it to your favorites, you can access it easily when you want to see it again, and you can save time by searching.
To register, simply click the "Add to Favorites" button at the top of each project page.
Clicking the same button again will remove the favorites.

About purchases and cancellations
You can purchase the product by following the steps below.
STEP 1. Open the page of the project you are interested in
STEP 2. Click the "Support" button for the product you want to purchase.
STEP 3. On the payment screen that appears, select the number of items you want to purchase.
STEP 4. Enter or select your payment method and shipping address, then click the "Confirm Purchase" button.
If you are having trouble registering your credit card, please check the following:
・Please enter your card number using only half-width numbers, excluding hyphens (-).
・Please check that the number of digits in your card number is correct.
・Please check that the expiration date has not passed.

Please note that even if the brand is listed above, it may not be available for use depending on the project.
We generally recommend using a credit card, but if you use a debit card or prepaid card, please note the following points.
・Depending on the card issuer, this service may not be available.
・Payment processing (withdrawal) will be carried out once even before the project is established.
If the goal is not reached, the funds will be refunded at a later date.
- Due to the nature of the card, temporary double charges may occur for goal-oriented projects, but in this case, you will be refunded via your card company at a later date.
You can change your shipping address by clicking the "Change delivery address" button for the relevant product/service on the purchase history page.
However, even if it says "Change delivery address," it is possible that the item has already been shipped to the previous address. If the expected delivery date is approaching, please contact the project representative directly just to be sure.
Also, if there is no "Change delivery address" option, the project representative has already started preparing the item for shipping, and you will not be able to change the address through the system. Please contact the project representative directly to see if this is possible.
If you pay by credit card, we do not issue a receipt.
◆ In the case of goal achievement type
If the target amount is not reached within the period, the project will not be completed and payment will not be made (※1).
◆ In the case of execution guarantee type
In this type, all projects are considered successful. Payment is made at the time of purchase, and the project will continue even if the target amount is not reached.
(*1) If you use a debit card or prepaid card, payment may be made even if the project has not been completed, depending on the card's specifications. For details, please refer to "Payment Methods."

Click on your icon in the top right corner of the screen and check your purchase details under "Purchase History."
[If you are using a smartphone]
You can check your purchase details by tapping the menu in the upper left corner of the screen and going to "Account Information" -> "Purchase History."
To find out whether cancellation is possible, please check the "Information Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" at the bottom of each project page.
Our service will be provided in accordance with the information provided there.
Changing your membership information and canceling your membership
Please note that email addresses cannot be changed. If you wish to change your email address, please contact us.

You can change your password by clicking your icon in the top right corner of the screen and selecting [Change Registration Information] > [Password Settings].
[If you are using a smartphone]
You can change your password by going to [Account Information] > [Change Registration Information] > [Password Settings] from the menu at the top left of the screen.
You can reset your password by clicking this link.
If you are unable to reset your password using the above method, please contact us using the inquiry form , including your registered email address.
There may be an error in your ID or password.
Please check the email address or password you used when registering and try again using the correct login method.

Click on your icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Logout."
[If you are using a smartphone]
Go to "Account Information" from the menu in the upper left corner of the screen and tap "Logout."

About membership registration
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the inquiry form .
You can register as a member for free by simply providing your email address.
I will not receive an email even if I register as a member. However, if I go to my page, I am registered as a member.
